Output fuse ratings are set in software therefore no need for inline fuses – Circuits constantly     monitored for compliance with threshold voltages.
Software is uploaded onto the main ECU only – Other systems may require each module or node
    to be updated individually (extremely time consuming and prone to error).

System Elements
A system comprises of a main ECU / Input module together with a combination of output     modules and keypads.
System can be centrally mounted on an insulated bus bar or “multiplexed” around the vehicle to aid     installation and reduce wiring runs.
“Plug and play” harness connectors to maximise build speed.
Output modules are extremely powerful – each rated at total output of 150amps.
ECU has 24 digital inputs and 4 analogue inputs, which can be specified and set within the     software.
Extremely compact and light tactile switch panels – Custom keypads can be designed and     manufactured for clients to complement the system.
3.5-inch touch screen and application software is the flagship keypad of the genisys range.
Solid-state technology is utilised instead of large industrial relays – greatly reduces size and weight     of modules.

Voice Alert
Twin channel voice alert interface for internal / external or front / rear announcements.
Provides audible health and safety / vehicle condition annunciations.
Any WAV file can be played on the system.
WAVs can be generated using our text to speech package – male / female voice with a number of    language settings which will be applicable to export markets. In addition to this; announcements     can be recorded and saved by the client.
Negative output to mute the chassis radio as required.
Complementary text messages can be displayed on the LCD variant keypad or touch screen     monitor.

Fault Diagnosis
LED’s are provided on all modules to aid the fault finding process.
Faults are logged on the systems memory for interrogation at a later date.
System is constantly monitoring itself checking for fault conditions.
Faults can be displayed on LCD variant keypad or touch screen and/or notified using the voice alert     function.
