The Bus-bar is the primary mounting and power supply mechanism for the genisys system. Each module is bolted to the mounted bus-bar providing not only a secure fit but also a supply voltage.
Various lengths of bus-bar are available depending on the numbers of modules required and how they are dispersed around the vehicle.

The system ECU communicates with the other genisys modules by means of a high-quality twisted-pair cable. Each module has two comms. ports allowing the devices to be connected in a chained manner. The system ECU is the communications hub and allows 2 device chains to be connected to it.
Inter-Module cables are available in a number of lengths depending on the layout of the modules within a vehicle.

O/N: 145 - 081 |
ECU and input modules share a common connector type. 20 Way input connectors feed in digital inputs 1-16 and 2 analogue inputs along with connections for logic ground and radio mute. 10 Way input connectors are found on the system ECU providing a further 8 digital and 2 analogue inputs.
Both connectors are available with crimp pin terminals.

| Negative Output plug |
O/N: 145 - 993 |
The output module uses 9 way high-current connectors. 7 Outputs rated at 15A use single pins whereas the 8th 30A doubles up on pins 1 and 2 – both must be connected for loads greater than 15A.
Plugs are available with crimp pin terminals.
9 Way Output connector with crimp pins.
Speaker
There are 2 audio channels available on the system ECU with voice alert feature. Low-profile speakers can be supplied to connect to the genisys system.
